Payment
We accept PayPal. Order is processed only after a payment is made.

Shipping
We ship with Czech Post, registered mail. Shipment is insured and Czech Post is liable for any damage/loss in transit. Shipment times vary based on destination country. In case of shipment not received we will open a case against Czech Post and we will act based on their investigation.
Free shipping is available for small items. If chosen the package is sent as unregistered letter. Neither Czech Post nor we are not responsible for any damage or loss in transit. We suggest to choose for registered mail instead.
Ask for other shipment types for exceptional orders (wholesale, etc.)

Free samples

Max 1 piece per customer.

Taxes
Value Added Tax is charged on goods for EU based buyers.  Czech VAT is 20% and will be displayed in the order / invoice once the shipping adress is filled in.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of purchase in which to return the item(s) for a full refund. Please not that we can only accept return of item(s) if the item is in an unused condition. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss in transit and recommend that you use insured post.

Others
We reserve the right not to accept your order at our own discretion. Payment is refunded in such case.
